As of early July 15, 55,607 cases of coronavirus were observed in Ukraine. 836 new cases were confirmed over the last 24 hours, reads the report by Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council.
1,427 Ukrainians passed away from the disease since the epidemic reached Ukraine. 28,131 managed to recover.
Meanwhile, the worldwide number of infected made 13,323,206. 578,625 people died, and 7,399,420 recovered.
Earlier, India passed Ukraine 50,000 doses of Omvir, the drug against the Covid-19 symptoms. This is supposed to be enough for treating 5,000 people.
The new entry rules took effect today.
Previously, all citizens who arrived in Crimea across the checkpoints of Chongar, Kalanchak, and Chaplynka were supposed to stay at home for self-observation, which lasted for 14 days.
Ukraine resumed the work of all entry-exit checkpoints on the administrative border with Crimea on June 14.
