According to the Ukrainian non-governmental public policy think tank, Razumkov Center, only 8% of Ukrainians support the idea of federalization of the country.
Compared with November 2014 the percentage has not changed significantly, then 10% oo people stood for the federalization.
35% support the development of the unitary state with special status regions (in November 2014 - 32%). On the second place stands “saving the current model” (unitary state with current powers), 19% (in November 2014 - 24%).
Separation of certain regions and their possible accession to other states support 2% (as before) respondents. 1% support the formation of several independent states within Ukraine(as in November 2014).
The poll was conducted by the Razumkov Centre on May 22-27 2015 in all the areas except Crimea and the occupied territories of Donetsk and Lugansk regions. 2007 respondents of 18 years were interviewed. The sampling error does not exceed 2.3% , and the measurement error of the observation is 0.95.
