780 new Covid-19 cases observed in Kyiv over 24 hours

In Kyiv, over the last 24 hours 781 new cases of  coronavirus were observed as Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko reported.  

Thus, 400 women at the age of 20 up to 85, 324 men at the age of 18 up to 84, 30 girls at the age of 4 up to 16 years and 27 boys at the age of 1 up to 17 years got infected. 38 medics are among those who got infected over the last 24 hours.

62 patients were taken to hospitals. The others are on self-isolation under the supervision of doctors. 

23 patients died. Totally, Covid-19 took lives of 766 Kyiv citizens. In 24 hours, 223 people recovered; while 12,862 citizens of Kyiv have overcome the disease since the pandemic began.

As of October 31, 8,752 cases of coronavirus infection have been reported in Ukraine.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, 387,481 people have been infected with the coronavirus in the country. In total, 7,196 have died (155 in the last 24 hours) and 158,928 (+3,902) have managed to recover. There are 221,357 active cases at this moment.
