635 people have been taken to hospitals during this period; 18 patients deceased and 457 recovered. 23,015 tests have been taken.
Most of the confirmed cases have been observed in Kyiv city (93), Chernivtsi (69), Odesa (63), Ternopil (61) and Lviv (56) regions.
Since the beginning of the pandemic in Ukraine, 2,298,307 people have contracted the disease, 2,213,177 have overcome it, 54,001 have succumbed to it.
Meanwhile, the German government has pledged to donate at least 100 million vaccine doses by the end of 2021. This was stated by the Minister of Health of Germany Jens Spahn at the meetings of the heads of the Ministry of Health of the G20 countries in Rome.
"This is as much as we have done so far in our country," he said.
According to the minister, the pandemic will end only when it ends around the world. Otherwise, new mutations may arise. It is expected that thanks to international efforts, 40% of all inhabitants of the planet should be vaccinated against coronavirus by the end of the year.
