It is planned to setup 70 interpretive displays about the sights of Kyiv. The Head of Department of information and communication technologies and the head of Kyiv Smart City project Yury Nazarov claimed this as 44.ua reported.
‘We plan to set up sensory interpretive displays that will contain all information about the objects of the cultural heritage. For example, there will be information about museums, historical landmarks and diverse background information. The tourists will be able to learn about all interesting objects along their route through the use of displays’, Nazarov said.
He also added that the information will be available in the foreign languages such as English, French and German.
70 displays will be set up at the main touristy places, airports, railway stations and squares. 381 900 dollars were allocated for the work from the state budget. The displays will appear on the streets of Kyiv in November 2017.
