On September 25, 2021, 64,221 people were vaccinated against Covid-19 in Ukraine, the press service of the Ministry of Healthcare reports on Facebook.

"As many as 64,221 people were vaccinated against Covid-19 in the past 24 hours, on September 25, 2021. Some 38,778 people received their first dose, and 25,443 people were fully vaccinated," the report reads.

According to the ministry, 477 mobile vaccination teams, 1,880 vaccination sites, and 373 vaccination centers were operating across the country in the past day.

A total of 12,203,210 doses have been administered in Ukraine since it launched the Covid-19 vaccination campaign, with 6,759,689 people receiving their first dose and 5,443,521 people receiving both doses (two people received their first dose abroad).

Meanwhile, over the last 24 hours, Ukrainian doctors confirmed 4,647 new cases of Covid-19, including 448 children and 57 healthcare workers. 

2,325 people have been taken to hospitals during this period; 69 patients deceased and 983 recovered. 23,665 tests have been taken.

Most of the confirmed cases have been observed in Kharkiv (611), Dnipropetrovsk (506), Odesa (331), Chernivtsi (253) and Ternopil (234) regions.
