As of early July 13, Ukrainian doctors confirmed 54,133 cases of coronavirus all over the country. Over the last 24 hours, 612 people got infected. The data of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine confirms this.
1,398 people deceased from the sickness in Ukraine (+15 per day), and another 26,503 patients recovered (+385 per day).
12,909,843 cases are observed worldwide (as of the morning of July 13). 569,125 of them passed away, and 7,116,489 recovered.
Earlier, the WHO claimed a record growth of Covid-19-infected people over 24 hours. The number of newly infected patients made 230,370 newly infected people over 24 hours.
The overall number of the sick, thus, approached 13 million people worldwide. According to the study by researchers from Johns Hopkins University, more than 12.7 million people got infected.
The global death rate remained stable, some 5,000 people daily.
According to the WHO daily report, the largest daily spike of morbidity is observed in the U.S., Brazil, India, and South Africa.
The previous record was observed on July 10, making 228,102 people getting infected over 24 hours.
