2,092 people have been taken to hospitals during this period; 114 patients deceased and 1,116 recovered. 30,587 tests have been taken.
Most of the confirmed cases have been observed in Kharkiv (592), Chernivtsi (410), Dnipropetrovsk (393), Zhytomyr (301) and Lviv (295) regions.
Since the beginning of the pandemic in Ukraine, 2,460,010 people have contracted the disease, 2,264,523 have overcome it, 56,889 have succumbed to it.
Meanwhile, Kyiv may enter the "orange" quarantine zone, but this will not happen in the near future. Such forecasts were voiced by the head of the central office of the State Food Safety and Consumer Protection Service in Kyiv, Oleh Ruban.
"Kyiv can enter the "orange" quarantine zone. There is a threat, but this will not happen in the near future. But to prevent the capital from falling into the "red" quarantine zone, only vaccination will help," Ruban said.
