During the past 24 hours, 432 new Covid-19 cases were observed in Kyiv, as Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko reported on Telegram.

14 patients died. Totally, Covid-19 took the lives of 2,767 Kyiv citizens.

The number of newly infected includes 240 women (19-100 years old), 165 men (18-92), 13 girls (7-17), and 14 boys (1-17).

113 patients were taken to the hospital. The others are on self-isolation under the supervision of doctors.

As we reported earlier, over the last 24 hours, Ukrainian doctors confirmed 7,167 new cases of Covid-19, including 466 children and 172 healthcare workers.

3,956 people have been taken to hospitals during this period; 103 patients deceased, and 2,147 recovered. 46,304 tests have been taken.

Since the beginning of the pandemic in Ukraine, 1,401,228 people have contracted the disease, 1,196,520 have overcome it, 27,002 - have succumbed to it.

Aloso, the Health Ministry of Ukraine has renewed the list of the ‘red’, ‘orange’ and ‘yellow’ zones of the epidemic security on the incidence rate with Covid-19, hospitalization level and occupancy of hospitals. The capital city of Ukraine will become part of the orange quarantine zone from March 8, as the ministry reported.
