460 people have been taken to hospitals during this period; 10 patients deceased, and 526 recovered. 27,979 tests have been taken.
Most of the confirmed cases have been observed in Kyiv city (126), Odesa (49), Kyiv (31), Zaporizhia (26) and Dnipropetrovsk (20) regions.
Since the beginning of the pandemic in Ukraine, 2,237,553 people have contracted the disease, 2,171,182 have overcome it, 52,470 have succumbed to it.
Meanwhile, the Euro 2020 soccer tournament was blamed for a surge in coronavirus cases as fans have flocked to stadiums, bars and spectator zones across Europe to watch the action while the pandemic still raged.
Germany's interior minister called European soccer's governing body UEFA "utterly irresponsible" for allowing big crowds at the tournament.
The World Health Organization (WHO) said the mixing of crowds in Euro 2020 host cities, travel and easing of social restrictions had driven up the number of new cases rose by 10%.
