364,300 unemployed people are registered in Ukraine’s State Statistics Service as of February 1, 2019, as the press office of the establishment reported.
As of January 1, 2019, Public Employment Service reported 341,600 unemployed.
The number of vacancies made 67,800 in January (five people for one vacancy).
It should be noted that Ukraine’s National Bank predicts a further increase in the number of allocations to the country from labor migrants. In 2018 Ukrainians transferred $11,6 billion from abroad, and in 2019 this sum might go up to $12,2 billion.
Earlier, it was reported that the population of Ukraine might reduce by 18% by 2050 and reach number mark of 36 million people due to labor migration.
Besides, as it was reported, Ukrainian labor migrants have sent to Ukraine 600 million euro from the Czech Republic.
