Earlier, we reported that Lekhim company plans to supply CoronaVac vaccine to Ukraine on March 25. Olena Miroshnyk, the leader of the company's marketing department said so as quoted by Suspilne.
According to her, information about the flight and the actual arrival time will be made public later.
In December 2020, Ukraine paid for future supplies of 1.9 million doses of Chinese vaccine against Covid-19; it was the deal between Ukraine's state company Medical Procurement and Lekhim company. The deal foresees 100% prepayment with the opportunity to return it, if the schedule of supplies is violated. So, Lekhim could get the money back - unless the entire amount of vaccine is brought to Ukraine by May 31.
