In total, there are about 3,000 classes on self-isolation in Ukraine, the Chief Sanitary Doctor of Ukraine Ihor Kuzin announced during a briefing.

“Almost 7,300 students were sent to self-isolation just yesterday [on September 23], and since September 1, almost 89,000 students have been sent to self-isolation due to the fact that they were in contact with a confirmed Covsd-19 case. Yesterday 240 teachers and employees were sent to self-isolation, 3,367 since September 1. And in total we now have about 3,000 classes in self-isolation, this is beginning from September 1, 2021,” said Kuzin.

Over the past 24 hours, 402 students and 226 teachers fell ill.

As it was reported earlier, The authorities of Kyiv prepare for the closure of transport during the lockdown. Kyiv City State Administration hopes that during the enhancing of lockdown, the closure of transport can be avoided
