The number of Kyiv citizens who got infected with coronavirus increased by 56 people in 24 hours. Totally, 2,849 cases of infection are spotted in the capital as 112 Ukraine TV channel reported citing Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko.

As of 12:00 p.m., May 29, 65 lethal cases from coronavirus complications are registered. During the past 24 hours, one person died. Besides, 597 people recovered from the virus (+91 people in a day).

Thus, 18 women at the age of 22 up to 73 and three four, eight and nine-year-old girls, 29 men at the age of 26 up to 67, and six boys at the age of two up to 17 are among the infected.

The majority of the cases are observed in Dniprovsky district – 12, Desnyansky – nine, Holosiivsky and Darnytsky districts – six cases.

11 people were hospitalized, while others stay in self-isolation under the control of the doctors.

As of 9:00 a.m., May 29, 22,811 Covid-19 cases observed in Ukraine. The number of infected people increased by 429 people in 24 hours.
