As of early September 4, Ukrainian medics have confirmed 130,951 cases of Covid-19. The National Security and Defense Council reported that on Friday morning.
2,723 new cases were observed over the last 24 hours; 51 of these people died, and 937 recovered. 2,761 deceased and 60,613 recovered since the pandemic reached Ukraine.
Most of the cases reported on September 4 are currently observed in Kharkiv region (371), in Kyiv (371), Odesa region (225) and Ternopil region (204).
Earlier, the State Committee for Technogenic and Environmental Safety of Ukraine updated the list of regions in "color zones". Oleg Nemchynov, the Minister of the Cabinet reported that on his Telegram channel.
The updated list will become actual since September 7.
Kyiv remains in the yellow zone. On the other hand, much of western Ukraine is still in the red one, which means that people are not allowed to visit education facilities, shopping malls, cafes, and restaurants. Public transport does not work in the red zone, either.
