27 countries bought the rights for the distribution of 'The Stronghold' the first Ukrainian full-length fantasy movie as the press service of Kinorob Company that shot the film reported.

'At the moment such countries as China, South Korea, India, Japan, Pakistan, Sri-Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Maldives, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Russia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, France and French-speaking territories of the world, Italy, Spain and Canada bought the rights to distribute the film', the message said.

Last autumn Belarus and Kazakhstan were the first to watch the movie.

'The Stronghold' is the full-length fantasy movie shot based on the eponymously-named book of Volodymyr Rutkovsky. It was released on October 12, 2017. The film is about Victor, a present-day schoolboy, who goes a thousand years into the past where he will fight against the army of the Cumans with the legendary bogatyrs of Kiev Rus. The main roles are played by Danylo Kamensky, Yeva Kosheva, Roman Lutsky and others. The director of the film is Yury Kovalyov.
