2,576 new cases of coronavirus infection were registered in Ukraine in 24 hours as Health Minister Maksym Stepanov reported on Facebook.

Since the beginning of the pandemic: 2,090,986 people got infected; 1,697,358 (+7,728 in 24 hours) patients recovered; 45,077 lethal cases reported (+161 in 24 hours).

During the past 24 hours, the majority of the cases were registered in Kharkiv (405), Donetsk (287), Odesa (216), Dnipropetrovsk (213) and Cherkasy (177) regions.

Kyiv – 143 cases; Vinnytsia region – 31; Volyn region – 102; Dnipropetrovsk region – 213  cases; Donetsk region – 287 cases; Zhytomyr region – 16 cases; Zakarpattia region – 13 cases; Zaporizhia region – 85 cases; Ivano-Frankivsk region – 13 cases; Kyiv region – 73 cases; Kyrovohrad region – 42 cases; Luhansk region – 58 cases; Lviv region – 48 cases; Mykolaiv region – 111 cases; Odesa region – 216 cases; Poltava region – 106 cases; Rivne region – 68 cases; Sumy region – 52 cases; Ternopil region – 70 cases; Kharkiv region – 405 cases; Kherson region – 25 cases; Khmelnytsk region – 136 cases; Cherkasy region – 177 cases; Chernivtsi region – 62 cases; Chernihiv region – 24 cases.

As we reported, a hospital with 45 patients sick with coronavirus and pneumonia took damage during the attack in Krasnohorivka town, Donetsk region. The shelling did not result in any casualties.
