More than 1 mln retirees from the occupied territories of Donbas receive their pensions; these people are residents of the cities, controlled by Ukrainian government. At the same time, people from the occupied territories do not have such an opportunity.

“More than 80 percent of retirees already receive their pension in Ukraine, - says the Minister of Social Policy Pavlo Rozenko. - We are concerned about the fact that another 200 thousand pensioners have no access to their social assistance; as well as the disabled people, large families, orphanages; we just cannot deliver the money”. He also claimed that this is not the fault of Ukrainian authorities.
