19,590 people received the first dose of the vaccine against coronavirus in Ukraine on April 27, as Health Minister Maksym Stepanov reported on Facebook.

Since the beginning of the vaccination campaign, 558,714 patients received the first dose. Meanwhile, only nine people finished the immunization (received two doses).

Kyiv – 1,876; Vinnytsia region – 541; Volyn region – 466; Dnipropetrovsk region – 1,894; Donetsk region – 419; Zhytomyr region – 422; Zakarpattia region – 570; Zaporizhia region – 648; Ivano-Frankivsk region – 252; Kyiv region – 820; Kyrovohrad region – 92; Luhansk region – 351; Lviv region – 2,535; Mykolaiv region – 937; Odesa region – 1,967; Poltava region – 1,066; Rivne region – 431; Sumy region – 327; Ternopil region – 110; Kharkiv region – 1,065; Kherson region – 424; Khmelnytsk region – 813; Cherkasy region – 658; Chernivtsi region – 425; Chernihiv region – 481.

As of April 27, 2021, 498,890 people entered the waiting list for vaccination against Covid-19.

On April 27, the vaccination campaign among people aged over 65 commenced in Ukraine. People from this category can sign in for vaccination at the nearest vaccination point. A family doctor can also sign his/her patients in for vaccination.
