4,747 people have been taken to hospitals during this period; 290 patients deceased, and 7,124 recovered. 123,500 tests have been taken.
Most of the confirmed cases have been observed in Lviv (1,407), Odesa (1,282), Kyiv (1,273) Dnipropetrovsk (1,171) regions and Kyiv city (1,226).
Since the beginning of the pandemic in Ukraine, 1,632,131 people have contracted the disease, 1,297,282 have overcome it, 31,751 - have succumbed to it.
Meanwhile, more than half of the regions in Ukraine may be included in the "red" level of epidemic danger from next week. It was announced by Kyiv School of Economics (KSE).
"Next week, we may already have more than 50% of regions in the 'red' zone. Accordingly, next week we expect the government to decide whether exceeding 50% of regions in the 'red' zone will be the determining criterion for imposing a nationwide lockdown," head of the KSE Center for Health Economics Yuriy Hanichenko said during a press briefing.
