1,602 new Covid-19 cases registered in Ukraine

1,602 new cases of coronavirus infection were registered in Ukraine in 24 hours. Particularly, 95 children and 94 medics got infected as the Health Ministry of Ukraine reported on Facebook.

During the past day, 483 people were hospitalized; 118 lethal cases reported, and 6,751 people recovered.

Since the beginning of the pandemic: 2,216,654 people got infected; 2,101,722 patients recovered; 51,333 lethal cases reported; 10,380,233 PCR tests were held.

During the past 24 hours, the majority of the cases were registered in Kyiv city (700), Zaporizhia (92), Kyiv (79), Donetsk (73), and Kharkiv (66) regions.

Kyiv – 700 cases; Vinnytsia region – 24; Volyn region – 26; Dnipropetrovsk region – 60 cases; Donetsk region – 73 cases; Zhytomyr region – 11 cases; Zakarpattia region – 14 cases; Zaporizhia region – 92 cases; Ivano-Frankivsk region – 12 cases; Kyiv region – 79 cases; Kirovohrad region – five cases; Luhansk region – 24 cases; Lviv region – 59 cases; Mykolaiv region – 65 cases; Odesa region – 27 cases; Poltava region – 59 cases; Rivne region – 55 cases; Sumy region – 18 cases; Ternopil region – 14 cases; Kharkiv region – 66 cases; Kherson region – 15 cases; Khmelnytsky region – 33 cases; Cherkasy region – 40 cases; Chernivtsi region – 23 cases; Chernihiv region – eight cases.

As we reported, the centers of the mass vaccination opened in another seven cities of Ukraine these weekends.
