160 people, all of them passengers of Ernest Airlines flights, have been facing issues returning to Ukraine for two days in a row. Volodymyr Bilenky, the lawyer of Consultative Mission of the European Mission in Ukraine posted that on Facebook.

"According to the handling company at Naples aiport, Kyiv airport refuses to accept the company's planes because of the debts", Bilenky wrote.

January 9, all passengers of Ernest Airlines who had to depart from various airports in Italy got the news that their flights to Ukraine were canceled. They were offered to leave with the last flight from Naples to Kyiv. People came to Naples; there, they learned that the flight was shifted twice, and then canceled at all. The people were on their way to the gates, and they were asked to get back.

Another flight was supposed to take place on Friday morning, but it was canceled, too.

Passengers complain that because of the company's debts and license expiration, it remains broke; so there's no saying who covers the expenses for the return of these people to Ukraine.
