Covid-19 took lives of 15 Ukrainians who stayed abroad. Ukraine's Foreign Ministry reported that as quoted by UNN news agency.

91 citizens of Ukraine are currently infected while staying abroad. 158 citizens already recovered.

35,450 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in the Ukrainian capital over 24 hours. 15 people passed away during this period; 221 people recovered. 12,146 citizens of Kyiv have overcome the disease since the pandemic began.

Earlier, WHO official Margareth Harris claimed that over one week, the mortality rate from coronavirus in Europe increased by almost 40 percent, compared to the last week's figure. According to her, the growth of mortality rate in the European region is actually intensive and worrying. Harris added that the efficiency of restrictions imposed in the EU countries could be analyzed only in two weeks. 

According to the WHO data as of October 27, the overall number of people who got infected with Covid-19 made 9.5 million worldwide; over 269,000 deceased, succumbing to it.
