3,828 people have been taken to hospitals during this period; 298 patients deceased and 5,885 recovered. 63,343 tests have been taken.
Most of the confirmed cases have been observed in Odesa (1,281), Kharkiv (1,227), Lviv (1,166), Zaporizhia (895) and Dnipropetrovsk (867) regions.
Since the beginning of the pandemic in Ukraine, 2,936,238 people have contracted the disease, 2,442,098 have overcome it, 68,027 have succumbed to it.
Meanwhile, Kyiv is ready to deploy another 6,000 beds in hospitals for coronavirus patients if necessary. The city lacks doctors who will work with such patients, Kyiv mayor Vitaliy Klitschko said on the air of Ukraine 24 TV channel.
"In the city of Kyiv, we have prepared 5,500 beds in infectious diseases departments. If we need to, we are ready to double, plus another 6,000 beds are ready to provide," the mayor said.
According to Klitschko, there is a shortage of doctors in the city.
