1,019 people have been taken to hospitals during this period; 68 patients deceased, and 6,999 recovered. 16,097 tests have been taken.
Most of the confirmed cases have been observed in Kyiv city (125), Dnipropetrovsk (190), Mykolaiv (151), Kharkiv (101) and Kyiv (75) regions.
Since the beginning of the pandemic in Ukraine, 2,183,855 people have contracted the disease, 1,957,560 have overcome it, 49,436 - have succumbed to it.
Meanwhile, UK health officials have concluded that the Pfizer and AstraZeneca coronavirus vaccines are highly effective against the variant identified in India after two doses.
The Pfizer vaccine was found to be 88% effective at stopping symptomatic disease from the Indian variant two weeks after the second dose, compared with 93% effectiveness against the Kent variant (strain which is Britain's dominant Covid variant.)
The AstraZeneca jab was 60% effective against the Indian variant, compared with 66% against the Kent variant.
