1,213 new cases of Covid-19 in Kyiv over 24 hours

29 Kyiv citizens died from the complications of the disease

During the past 24 hours, 1,213 new Covid-19 cases were observed in Kyiv, as Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko reported on Telegram.

29 patients died. Totally, Covid-19 took the lives of 1,109 Kyiv citizens.

82 patients were taken to the hospital. The others are on self-isolation under the supervision of doctors.

Most of the new cases were observed in Desnyansky (315), Solomyansky (179) and Podilsky (114) districts.

As for today, there are 57,807 Covid-19 cases in Kyiv, 313 people recovered in 24 hours; totally, 20,704 Kyiv citizens overcame the virus.

As we reported earlier, over the last 24 hours, Ukrainian doctors confirmed 14,580 new cases of Covid-19, including 612 children and 590 medics.

1,761 people have been taken to hospitals during this period; 215 patients deceased, and 7,989 recovered. 71,949 tests have been taken.

Most of the confirmed cases have been observed in Kyiv city (1,213), Dnipropetrovsk (1,342), Sumy (961), Kyiv (953) and Zaporizhzhia (810) regions. 

612,665 people have got sick since the pandemic began in Ukraine. 282,313 recovered.
