The District Administrative Court of Kyiv took the decision to provide all the documents and evidence, prepared for the meeting of the National Council of Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine, and to enter them into the case files, thus grant an application of the representative of 112 Ukraine TV channel. The court was considering a claim on the refusal of the National Council of Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine to officially re-license six legal entities which carry out television broadcasting under the logo 112 TV channel.

The regulator received all relevant documents on June 29 and was obliged to study them within 10 ten days, according to the law. Since then, the National Council held three meetings, but the question of re-licensing was never considered and the decision was not adopted. The case will be heard in court on October 20.

The broadcaster considers these actions of the the National Council as inaction aimed at blocking the operation of the broadcaster.
