The North-Caucasian military court of Russia sentenced the Ukrainian Oleksandr Syzonovych for 12 years of imprisonment in the colony with the strict regime. He is accused of illegal border crossing and preparing of the terrorist action in Kamensk-Shachtinsk, Rostov region in 2016 as TASS reported.

'The North-Caucasian court found him to be guilty and sentenced for 12 years of imprisonment and the fines of 3.300 and 830 dollars', the judge red the decision of the court.

Particularly, the Ukrainian is guilty under some articles of the Criminal Code of Russia: Preparation of the terrorist attack, Illegal purchase, transfer, sell, storage, transfer and keeping of the exploding items and Illegal crossing of the state border of Russia.

According to the investigation, Syzonovych and his associate created the organized group and agreed on preparation and implementing of the terrorist attacks in the territories of Russia and Ukraine in 2014 in Kyiv.  Syzonovych received the order to come to Kamensk-Shachtinsk  in 2016 to examine and make photos of the local railway station and examine the schedule of the trains and define the place for the explosive. The terrorist attack should take place in September 2016 at the day of State Duma election. However, Syzonovych did not succeed and was detained by the law enforcements.

Until the decision of the court does not come into force, Syzonovych will be under arrest.
