Russia's Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergei Lavrov

Foreign Minister of Russia Sergey Lavrov stated that the Ukrainian authorities have understood that they lost Crimea forever as Perviy Russkiy reported.

“I am sure that the leaders of Ukraine understood that the issue of Crimea is closed,” he said.

Lavrov has also stated that Kyiv tries to influence the holding of the parliamentary elections in Russia that will take place in September. The reason for “interference in the inner affairs of Russia” is “Ukrainian attempts to return…(illegally occupied, - Crimea”.

Thus, Russia has refused from participation of the OSCE delegation as the observer at the elections. According to Kremlin, 500 people are too much.

The political persecutions, forced disappearances, illicit detention of over 100 political prisoners, tortures, oppress of freedom, mass media, religious belief, expropriation of property, forced demographic changes, illicit draft call of Ukrainian citizens to the Russian army in temporarily occupied peninsula, propaganda of war among children at schools are among them.
