Friday morning, three trucks of the Russian Emergencies Ministry with blue emergency lights passed through the checkpoint in the controlled part of the border of Ukraine to the occupied territories. The press service of OSCE reported this.

April 26, the observers spotted three vehicles with the sign the Ministry of Emergencies of the Russian Federation at the checkpoint Donetsk (Rostov region). The trucks were crossing the border from Russia to Ukraine,” the report said.
