Officers of the Security Service of Russia (FSB) detained six citizens of Ukraine who had crossed the Russian border, Interfax reports with a link to the press service of the FSB.

The FSB claims that the Ukrainians were coming to Ukraine on Kupiansk-Valuyki train, allegedly hiding in one of the carriages. The train stopped not far from the border checkpoint to unload the smuggled goods.

During the search, 20 tones of smuggled agricultural produce. The suspects are under investigation now.

Previously Russia captured two Ukrainian border guards for their alleged crossing of the Russian border.
