Russia’s representative at Eurovision-2017 Yuliya Samoylova says she continues to practice and believes situation regarding her participation in the song contest may still change. She said this on air of Channel One Russia, according to Interfax.

"It is very funny to observe all this from the side (Ukraine’s decision — 112 International), as I do not understand what they saw in me, in a little girl, they saw some threat. I am not upset, actually. I am still practicing. Somehow I believe that all this will change," Samoylova said.

As it was reported earlier today, Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) prohibited entry of Russian artist Yuliya Samoylova for three years. Russia chose 27-year-old singer Yuliya Samoylova to represent the country at Eurovision 2017 in Ukraine. The artist has group 1 disability since childhood and is wheelchair-bound.
