As of now, the situation with morbidity of COVID-19 in Russia is under control: the system allows to keep a balance between the number of new patients and those who are discharged from clinics. The head of Russia's Ministry of Health Mikhail Murashko stated about it, Interfax reports.
"Today, the extensive medical network allows us to cope (with the fight against COVID-19). And we have just come up with the system that allows you to maintain a balance between new patients and those who are discharged from clinics," Murashko stated.
The Minister noted that new drugs that had made it possible to rehabilitate patients faster, to treat them at the stage of a serious condition. There are also new production sites that have dealt with the shortage of drugs.
"We are still experiencing a number of problems with personal protective equipment but not so acutely," he added.
As we reported earlier, Dmitriy Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian President, confirmed that he got infected with the coronavirus.
