A Russian citizen was detained on Ukrainian-Russian border. She tried to take a child abroad without a notarized warrant of the father, as Ukraine’s State Border Guard Service reports.

The incident occurred at Tanyushivka checkpoint, Luhansk region. Reportedly, Russian did not have any documents to prove the father’s consent to take the child to Russia.

During the passport control, she offered the border guard a bribe - $74,1. In turn, she wanted to have a possibility to leave Ukraine without impediment with a child.

The officer of the Border Guard Service refused from the improper advantage. The culprit was taken to the police station.

Earlier, a drunk driver was detained in Kyiv. He tried to bribe the police officers.
