Russian movie maker Fedor Bondarchuk added to black list of Ukrainian database Myrotvorets

Fedor Bondarchuk, the Russian movie director appeared on the blacklist of Myrotvorets, the Ukrainian non-governmental database, which includes names of political and social figures known for their anti-Ukrainian and pro-Kremlin views.

Bondarchuk is charged with anti-Ukrainian propaganda, support of Russia’s aggressive policy and manipulating public information.

The movie director, like many other public figures in Russia, supported the Kremlin’s aggressive policy during the annexation of Crimea by Russia, which occurred in February 2014. Due to that, Bondarchuk was officially added to the list of persons posing threat to Ukraine’s national security and was banned from entering Ukraine.
