Russia's new mobile surface-to-air missile systems have been officially passed to the Armed Forces units in Pechenga valley, in the Kola Peninsula. The Barents Observer reported that with the reference to the Russian military command.

"The new local cruise missile division has been under development since August and servicemen now with excellence handle the air defense system, the Northern Fleet says. The first units of the Tor-M2DT arrived in the borderlands in July this year following testing in Novaya Zemlya", the outlet wrote.
