The Russian defense ministry released a calendar for the coming year; it shows quite a chilling sense of humor and features some questionable jokes related to weaponry and military affairs. Daily Mail looked into this story, showing some of the images.

'Shooting a glance is the Kremlin's secret weapon', reads the line on the photo on the March page, with the female military cadets staring in some direction.

'Some women can blow your head away,' reads the line on the calendar's September page, showing a female Russian cadet holding a sniper rifle.

The outlet also turned the audience's attention to another disturbing message. 'The Russian Defence Ministry view of next year begins with a snowy January view of a hulking Topol-M intercontinental mobile missile system captioned cheerfully: 'Cargo delivery to anywhere in the world'.

As we reported, a network of undercover Russian agents was busted in the Mykolaiv region, southern Ukraine. The state security service detained the leader of the network, the 57-year-old officer of the Ukrainian Navy reserve.

The man repeatedly visited Crimea for instructions that he received from the Russian supervisors. He passed the data about Ukrainian military units stationed in Ochakiv district and formed the paramilitary groups in Mykolaiv region.

The court selected the two-months-long detention as pre-trial restriction measure. Other members of the network are now interviewed as well.
