Russian special service detained a civilian serviceman, working for the Black Sea Fleet. RIA Novosti reported that referring to the Russian power-wielding authorities.

Former naval officer is charged with espionage in favor of a neighboring state, without identification of that particular state.

The defendant is now in the detention facility.
