Russian Government lifts a ban for import of Ukrainian salt

The Ukrainian salt will not be in the list of the banned product in Russia since May 20. It is stated in the regulation of the Russian Government #604 of Amendments to the regulation of the Government of Russia #778 of August 7, 2014. The text of the regulation is published at the official web portal of the legislative information of Russia.

According to the text, the annulation of the embargo is extended to table and denatured salt, pure chloride of sodium and products made of sea water.


Russian Government added Ukrainian salt into the list of banned products since November 1, 2016.
