Deputy Chairman of Community Council of Russia’s Cultural Ministry Pavlo Pozhyhaylo said that he did not see any reason to refuse to fund movies relate to Volodymyr Zelensky. He said it in an interview for Govorit Moskva, as Kapital reported.

“Why he can’t do this? If a person never did anything bad to Russia, what would make one to include him into the sanctions list, let him make movies. There are two eyes of a needle. First one is Zelensky himself. Second one – his films. In my opinion, these are two separate stories. If there is a movie and we think it should not be on the Russian television, the relevant councils might not support funding of such screenplay outline,” he said.
