There is no sign that Russia will fulfill the decision of the International Court of Justice and stop the harassment of the Crimean Tatar. The Head of Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People Refat Chubarov claimed this to 112 Ukraine.

‘We already took actions, appealed to the proper courts of Russia that occupied the part of the Ukrainian territory. But there is no sign yet, that Russia will fulfill the decision of the International Court of Justice’, he claimed.

According to Chubarov, Russia tries to find the hybrid variant to solve the issue.

‘Russia cannot to default the decision of the International Court of Justice but at the same time Russia will not fulfill it’, he assured.

‘More likely, that they will create the clonal organizations and present them as the Crimean Tatars’ organizations’, Chubarov supposed.

The International Court of Justice satisfied the motion of Ukraine concerning the temporal measures against Russia on the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination.

The court spoke for maintenance of the right of the creation of their own institutes by Crimean Tatars and demand for Russia to renew the activity of Mejlis. Russia also should provide the possibility to use the Ukrainian language in the education system of Crimea.
