Russia’s Investigation Committee initiated new criminal cases against leading officials of the Ukrainian army. The respective message showed up on the website of the Russian authority.
Ukraine’s Defense Minister Stepan Poltorak, Chief of General Staff Viktor Muzhenko and 18 more high-ranked officials are among those accused of ‘crimes against Russian-speaking population of Donbas’. The Investigation Committee charges them with ‘actions similar to genocide and using banned means and methods of waging war’.
The Russian side says it is going to put the officials on the wanted list.
