Dmitriy Kozak, the Deputy Head of Administration of President of the Russian Federation claimed that if Ukraine goes for military scenario of re-integration of Donbas, Russia will not be staying away. The official stated this in his interview with Politique Internationale.
"Unfortunately, there are still certain extremely radical political groups in Ukraine who are ready even for such actions (reintegration of Donbas by force, - 112 International). It will be a tragedy if the organizers of openly nationalist rallies in Kyiv call the shots in the conflict zone. It is obvious that not only Russia but also the entire international community will not stay aside this tragedy", Kozak said.
The politician also called possible resumption of active military actions a situation with "signs of genocide". At thah, he still calls war in Donbas a "domestic Ukrainian conflict".
Earlier, Melinda Simmons, the British ambassador in Ukraine claimed that Russia will have to pay an extremely high price for the armed conflict in this country.
