U.S Special Representative for Ukraine Kurt Volker accused Russia in worsening the situation in Donbas, as he posted on Twitter.

“For the last five years, Russia’s fighters and proxies have made life worse for the people in Donbas, including the Russian-speaking ones it claims to care about,” Volker posted.

U.S Special Representative for Ukraine added that Russia should cease the hostilities, implement the Minsk-banned weaponry, and reconstruct and reintegrate Donbas back to Ukraine.

Earlier, the special representative of the U.S. State Department on Ukraine Negotiations Kurt Volker does not rule out the possible implementation of the new package of sanctions by Washington against Russia due to Putin’s order of issuance passports to Donbas citizens.

At the same time he the special representative added, that no new decisions Washington have been adopted yet.  

Nevertheless, according to the report, the USA is concerned about the situation that happened, and the USA is regarding Putin’s decision as “the provocation that exactly contradicts the plan for the reintegration of these territories back to Ukraine, as stated in the Minsk agreements”.
