Russia’s Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing (Rospotrebnadzor) obliged all residents to wear protective masks in public places, in parking lots, when using public transport and elevators. The relevant statement was published on the official Internet portal of legal information.
In addition, Rospotrebnadzor has banned all entertainment services (from 23:00 to 6:00).
It is also instructed to strengthen the disinfection of public transport and taxis, as well as places of mass gathering of people: shopping malls, catering facilities, places of cultural, entertainment events, etc.
As we reported earlier, FEMA agency scrapped 45 Russian artificial lung ventilators (AVLs) that were brought to the United States within the framework of the humanitarian aid campaign, which took place in March 2020.
The devices were never used for treatment, as medical staff faced problems while using them in hospitals. And now, these devices are, in fact, written off.
