Russia denies violation of the borders of the closed zone of Sea Breeze drills by Smetlivy patrol boat of the Russian Navy as the Black Sea Fleet of Russia reported.

“Smetlivy monitors the activity of NATO vessels to promptly respond to the possible emergency situations, which pose the threat to the civilian navigation,” the message said.

According to the leadership of the Black Sea Fleet, its vessels acted in accordance with the international legal norms.

Earlier Russian small anti-submarine warfare vessel Yeysk entered Azov Sea.

As we reported U.S. missile-armed destroyer USS Carney passed the Bosphorus and entered the waters of the Black Sea.

Besides, the A759 Dupuy de Lome, a French ship designed for the collection of signals and communications, entered the Black Sea.
