The U.S. Defence Intelligence Agency informed that Russia continues testing nuclear weapon on the New land islands, as BBC reported.
“Lt Gen Robert Ashley, the director of the US Defense Intelligence Agency, said Moscow was "probably not adhering to" the rules of a recognised treaty,” news agency reports.
He aрdded that the U.S. expects Russia to increase its nuclear arsenal within the next decade.
As it was reported, Pentagon informed that Russia was observing a possibility to apply nuclear weapon in military conflicts.
