Putin explains why he does not talk to Poroshenko

Russian President Vladimir Putin explained why he did not answer the calls of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, as Interfax reported.

According to him, allegedly, he does not want to take part in some “little trick” and “election campaign.”

“It is not like I am avoiding Poroshenko and do not want to talk with him,” Putin said commenting on the absence of a phone conversation with Poroshenko, which Ukraine’s side demanded.

“The thing is that I don’t want to participate in his elections campaign,” the President of Russia explained.

Putin stated that Poroshenko allegedly created critical and prevocational situations and shifts responsibility for the actions committed to Russia, after what he “wants to show that he is solving the issues successfully.”

“It is a little trick, and I don’t want to participate in these tricks,” Putin said.
