“Moscow meeting of the producers, distributors and consumers of oil, which is being transported through “Druzhba” pipeline to Poland and Germany is over. The parties have agreed on the procedure of consideration of the claims of refineries who receive raw materials from Russia. Moreover, restoration of oil supply through “Druzhba” pipeline was confirmed,” PERN informed.
It was noted that PERN was ready to restore oil transportation. “Transneft” company confirmed readiness to pay compensation for the transportation of polluted oil and it is cleaning polluted parts of the pipeline.
PERN also reported that it will fully restore transportation of Russian oil on July 1.
“Transit pumping towards Ukraine is irregular and for now they are suspended as there are no reservoirs on the Ukrainian territory for pumping of “dirty” oil in the pipeline,” the company informs.
“According to the new schedule of pumping, its restoration is scheduled on the night on May 19 to May 20,” the message reads.
Oil transit toward Poland is not carried out.
Earlier, Belarus has temporarily stopped the export of the light oil products to Ukraine, Poland, and the Baltic States. The reason was the supply of the poor-quality oil from the Russian Federation.
