November is the most favorable period of time to destabilize the situation in Ukraine from the Russian side. This was stated by Advisor to the Russian President in 2000-2005 years  Andrei Illarionov in the air of "112 Ukraine".

Commenting on the statement of Ukrainian Security Service Head, he noted that the grounds for such assumptions are well-founded.

"If SBU makes such statements, it seems they have some information about it. Of course, they are unlikely to tell which sources thay have and the basis on which thay draw such conclusions, but apparently the information, documents and sources are significant enough for them to make a declaration ", - he said.

"What I can say for sure - is that really November 2016, the time before and after November 8 is the best to destabilize situation in Ukraine. We understand that on  November 8 US presidential elections will take place, when the US administration, the political forces in the US and Europe will not be pay close atention to Ukraine, all the attention will be focused on how the situation will develop in the United States, the ratio of the results ", - says Illarionov.

According to him, the diversion of the world's attention to the elections in the US creates an ideal situation for the Russian Federation "with little or no risk of harm to themselves holding planned earlier actions in the various countries of the world."
